What do you do?
Direct a Federally-funded, $250 Million, multi-year project to clean up former nuclear research laboratories at the Battelle Memorial Institute (see http://www.cemp.doe.gov/)
What do you speak on?
General Geology, Age of the Earth, radiometric dating, Science and Religion How did you become interested in science? I've always had an interest, and parents who encouraged curiosity, questioning, and exploring.
Do you have any kids?
2 boys: one a Senior in materials Science at OSU; and one a Sophomore Computer Science/Music major at OU
What other hobbies & interests do you have?
Painting; teaching both Youth and Adult religious education classes at the First Unitarian Universalist Church in Columbus
Have you received any special professional awards or honors?
I received an award from the Ohio Art League for a work entered into their Spring 2000 Juried Exhibition
